One of the goals of Planks Cabinet Shop, Inc. is to inform customers why custom cabinets are a worthwhile investment for their living space. One of the benefits of working with customers is that all of our cabinets are made to size to fit along your wall or floor space. This means that when people see your space they don't feel like the cabinets were an after-thought but tailored to your room. All of our cabinets, drawers, and doors are functional and will help you make the most of your organizing space. Our cabinets are solid or plywood construction and built to last. Most importantly, we want to bring out your individual tastes when designing your room's cabinets. We can easily duplicate styles that have inspired you, whether from magazines or on the web. We take the time to talk to you about cabinets that will make your room look and feel great!

History

Planks Cabinet Shop, Inc. has been building custom cabinets since 1962. Owner Mary Miller worked for the former Planks before her and co-owner, Ed Miller bought the company in 1984. Since then, they have expanded their buildings and updated their process through a larger production facility. In 1993, they built the front facing office, for customer consultations, and in 2004, they built a new, steel, 6,000 sq. ft. production wing.
